BASED ON JOEL 2:23, HOSEA 6:2, JER.5:24... HE WILL COME WITH THE RAIN, THE MARCH /APRIL RAIN... JOEL 2:23 SAYS HE WILL COME IN MONTH ONE: HOSEA SAYS HE WILL RAISE US UP ON THE THID DAY; AND HE WILL COME IN THE LATTER RAIN; JER 5:24 SAYS THE LATTER RAIN IS APPOINTED FOR THE FEAST OF WEEKS.
Here we have many clues to the timing of his coming... Examine with me the scriptures and also the possibilities of what the "third day" may be.
Besides this study on the "third day, also see the Jesus and the third day" Clue #7.
as well as the Prohetic History of the "third day" found on the home page.
Here is another possibility for the "thrid day", this one works well with the pattern set by Jesus for the bride, appearing to many for a period of 40 days. If he comes this year.... this certainly would be a good day!!- Lora
10 DAYS FROM FIRSTFRUITS
DAY 3 OF THE WEEK
40 Days from Pentecost a Day to Examine
Another thought about the third day…. The third day is always the 3rd day from the Sabbath. Day 10 of the Counting of the Omer is also the “third day”,
More about the “third day”…..another possibility...... I really like this one!!
The 10 day period from Ascension to Pentecost is a gap period … let’s explain this period…. Jesus ascended 10 days prior to Pentecost; He walked the Earth showing himself to many for a period of 40 days, on day 40 He ascended. In my 13 Clues studies, Clue number 7, 8, and 9, there is a blue print pattern established by Jesus for the Bride. Songs chapter 1-2, confirms the ministry of the bride for a period of days in the spring time; it appears the bride is on Earth walking the path of Jesus for a minimum of 40 days. Many of you who have read my studies will notice I have not been able to determine the number of the days by the bride, the range is 40-50 days, based on Jesus walk and the text found in Songs 1 and 2.
Jesus appears too many for a period of 40 days, and the bride in Songs appears to stay up to Pentecost. I do not believe the bride will surpass the number of days that he appeared to many; this being said… I am taking a look at the criteria set for his coming and looking for a match based on the 40 day period.
Coming in Month 1 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. Joel 2:23
Raise us up on the third day: WHEN SHALL HE COME TO US? Hosea 6:2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
Coming in the Feast of Weeks: Jer. 5:2424Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest. Jer 5:24
Jesus showed him self to many for a period of 40 days
With the above criteria in place we know he has to come in Month 1, he has to come during the Feast of Weeks, and it has to be the third day of something… so lets look at the third day of the week. With the above criteria in place, the bride could be caught up on day 3 of the week, day 10 of the Counting of the Omer, the last day of month 1 and that would be 40 days prior to Pentecost. This is a possible fit! This would give the bride the same amount of days to walk the path and pattern set and established by Jesus. In the Songs Chapter 1 and 2, the bride appears to be called back up for the banquet/Pentecost. When He, Jesus, comes he will bring the rain, it is the March/ April rain, this is the Latter rain… the latter rain has to come with his coming… the latter rain has to be poured out with his coming… So the catching away has to come early March/April, the latter rain comes in Month 1! The shower and the rain make the seed to grow… to bring forth the fruit… for the harvest.
EXAMINING WHICH THIRD DAY?: Day 10 after Firstfruits could also be the “third day”, the bride should follow the footprints of Jesus for a period of 40 days. The barley is waved and lifted up for 49 days prior to Pentecost. The barley bride will be a type of wave offering during the Feast of Weeks, the 50 day period, Firstfruits to Pentecost.
WHAT MONTH, WHAT DAY FITS THE CRITERIA?
· Month 1 Day 29 (April 13 day 10 of Omer count)
· Month 1 Day 29 is the third day of the week.
· Month 1 Day 29 is 10 Days for the Feast of Firstfruits.
· Month 1 Day 29 is 40 Days from Pentecost.
· 40 days is a time of trial/testing.
· 40 days Jesus showed himself too many people following his resurrection.
· The bride follows a type of blue print pattern set by Jesus- Song’s chapter 1 & 2.
· The bride may be caught up on Month 1 Day 29, the third day of the week, 40 days prior to Pentecost.
